Caribbean mountains meeting the sea in Dominica

Making Good Things Happen.

For 40 years, we have been a sanctuary. Now we help build a better future for every village in Dominica.

It is an Honor to Serve.

Our founder, Pastor Lena Augustine, often said that serving the vulnerable was a “Royal Job.” It wasn't charity—it was duty. Born from a lineage of survival, she taught us that when your neighbor falls, you don't just watch; you run. You act. You serve.

“If you love me, feed my sheep.” (John 21:17)

Today, Feed My Sheep (FMS) is more than a shelter. It is a fortress of care in the Mahaut corridor, standing ready for the storms of life and nature.

Pillars of Service

“The world loves stars. We love jewels.” — The quiet workers, the cooks, the counselors who stay when the cameras leave.

We Offer a Path to Wholeness

Our programs are designed to address the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

The Fortress (Emergency Shelter)

When the skies turn dark and the winds howl, FMS is the designated safe harbor. Our facility remains a government-designated bunker for disaster response, ready to protect neighbors from the storms of nature.

The Table (Nutritional Security)

Hunger is a thief of dignity. We are scaling our Soup Kitchen into a National Food Bank. Today, we need your immediate support to feed our neighbors, and your long-term partnership as a Member to sustain our future.

The Mind (Professional Counseling)

At Feed My Sheep, we offer professional counseling and holistic coaching to support individuals navigating trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, and depression. Recognizing that healing is not one-dimensional, our approach addresses the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

The Future (Youth & Education)

At Feed My Sheep, we believe nurturing the next generation requires more than feeding bodies—it requires investing in potential. Alongside supporting school nutrition, we strengthen the educational ecosystem by uplifting teachers and educators through resources, encouragement, and improved learning environments.
